Foundational Expertise & Technology Platform

Vaginal Biome Science is built on a foundation of pioneering expertise in microbiome research, bioengineering, and diagnostics, driving the next generation of personalized solutions to transform vaginal health. Our technology platform integrates advanced microbiome research, targeted interventions, and proprietary biomimetic innovations to provide clinically meaningful solutions for women’s health.

BioMatch® Technology: Advancing Vaginal Health

  • Clinically proven formulations designed to optimize vaginal pH and promote a Lactobacillus-dominant microbiome
  • Iso-osmolar and biomimetic design that preserves vaginal tissue integrity while creating an inhospitable environment for pathogens
  • Proprietary lactic acid delivery system that sustains a healthy vaginal ecosystem and supports microbiome stability

Advancing Vaginal Microbiome Insights

Our research aims to provide clinically meaningful insights to support more personalized approaches to care future developments will focus on expanding access to microbiome-based solutions that empower women and healthcare providers

The VENUS Study: Pioneering Vaginal Microbiome Research

Our multi-site VENUS Study is one of the largest observational studies investigating the vaginal microbiome across 12 gynecological conditions at the time of diagnosis. By integrating qPCR and whole genome sequencing, we aim to redefine how vaginal health is diagnosed and managed, setting the foundation for future innovations in diagnostics and targeted interventions.

Innovating the Future of Vaginal Health

Vaginal Biome Science is expanding research into additional microbiome-based solutions, advanced biofilm disruption strategies, and personalized vaginal care protocols. Leveraging the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), we are building predictive models to identify vaginal health patterns, optimize treatment recommendations, and personalize care at the individual level. Our goal is to create first-in-class, clinically validated interventions that address the root causes of vaginal dysbiosis and provide women with effective, long-term solutions for optimal health.
